Where are we?

With the Canal du Midi and the beaches of the Med only 15 minutes away cycling through beautiful vineyards, we have an ideal location for spending lazy days by the pool, lunch by the canal or enjoying sunset margaritas on a sandy beach. This area of France enjoys 300+ days of sunshine each year . There are many mountain hikes and gorges, half an hour away. Beziers' 18-hole St Thomas golf course is nearby and Cap d'Agde a 20 min drive for Ibezan nightlife; naturist resort; international 18-hole golf course, 9-hole compact course, driving range, etc. Wine lovers can follow the wine routes & chateaux of Fitou, Minervois, Corbieres, Muscat de Rivesaltes, St Chinian, Faugeres, Pic St Loup, sparkling wines of Limoux & many of the boutique wineries making an international name for themselves (Daumas Gassac, etc.). Carcassonne, a medieval UNESCO site, is less than an hour away and many other Cathar villages besides. Beautiful historic Pezenas, the home to Molliere (France's equivalent to Shakespeare) is a 20 min drive away. For some natural healing you can enjoy Rennes les Bains' thermal springs. To try a different country, continue south to the Pyrenees for Andorra, or cross the Spanish border (1.5hr) stopping at the pretty village of Collioure or carry on to Cadaqués, Spain's St Tropez!

Transportation to this area is straightforward with low cost airlines into Beziers-Cap d'Agde (15 min drive) and four other airports within easy reach. Paris - Beziers TGV train takes around 4 hours.
