We offer a 5% discount to re-visiting guests in high season and 10% discount outside of high season. Aptmt high season recently reduced to fill final available days - book quickly to secure your stay!
We request a minimum of 2 nights' stay apart from during Xmas where 1 week is the minimum stay period. We also offer discounted rates for stays of over 2 weeks, when outside of high season. No cleaning fee is charged where accomodation is left as found.
In high season we offer our regular guests an additional 5% discount on our booking rates and 10% outside of the high season.
For stays of longer than one week but less than two, we pro-rata the weekly rate for the additional nights (cheaper than the nightly rate shown above).
To secure your booking you can make a 50% deposit of your stay's total amount. This can be made in Euros or Sterling. We will reimburse 50% of this deposit should you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival. Click here to download our Guest Welcome Pack.
