This is a villa which can sleep up to 6 and a separate holiday apartment annexed to the villa which sleeps 2 (can be rented separately or together). The villa and apartment both have air conditioning, heating and are fully furnished (including linens and towels). There is also a washing machine shared beween the 2 properties. English TV is provided separately in both - BBC, ITV, Ch4, E4, Film4, BBC world news, Sky News, CNN, etc.
The villa is modern, fresh and stylishly decorated and provides 75m2 of living accomodation, equipped for self-catering. Patio doors lead onto private terraces from the the front and side. There is easy access to the newly installed in-ground pool (usage recommended from May - early Oct), great for topping up the tan while sipping on a glass of local rosé! Guests can use the shared gas BBQ with all-year round al fresco dining possible. The villa is fitted with mosquito screens, great for falling asleep to the sounds of nature. The villa borders the picturesque vineyard of Chateau le Thou and is within 10 mins walking to the village centre where bars, cafés, restaurants and wine tasting caves await. It is within easy cycling distance to the Canal du Midi and to the beaches. Cycle routes begin by us! Beziers, with many more cafés, bars, shops & restaurants, is a 10 minute drive away.
Languages: for those wishing to brush up on French we can arrange for french lessons with a fully qualified English speaking French language teacher (currently at 20 euros / hour, minimum of 2 hours for first lesson).
We are happy to try to accommodate any special requirements. The accomodation is equipped with additional extras of hairdryer, coolbox, iron & ironing board. Bicycles can be rented nearby throughout the summer. We offer wireless broadband access for anyone wishing to access it with own laptop or ipod touch.
